It is perfect in the cold winter months, can help open the airways & ease suffering during colds & flus & is very  fragrant, warming & soothing. It can be used on the feet & aching muscles, when not feeling well. This product comes in a high quality reusable tin. (Available in 1oz and 2 oz tins).

Precautions: Please have respect for this natural Earth based remedy & use with mindfulness. A little goes a long way & the essential oil blend & Menthol crystals are very powerful medicine.
