Each basket will include one or two Rose Quartz Heart-shaped Crystals, depending on if it is for a couple or an individual. š Every moment counts and I have decided to help make Valentine’s Day about Love, Sharing, Healing, Caring and Balancing our Heart Chakras this year! I also have Kundalini Yoga Journals available (the perfect Yoga Journal for tracking a personal, intimate, Kundalini Yoga practice to raise Kundalini Fire energy), as well as other Yoga and Meditation Journals, such as White Lotus’ Flame Meditation Journal, (another great choice to cultivate warmth and inner focus and fire either within oneself or with others).
